4 Conditions is an award-winning alternative rock band based in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Built around a passion for powerful storytelling, cinematic soundscapes, and authentic musicianship, the band creates music that resonates long after the final note fades.

Formed as a studio-driven project, 4 Conditions brings together talented musicians with a shared vision of crafting meaningful songs that blend modern rock energy with timeless songwriting. Their music explores themes of love, resilience, conflict, hope, and the human experience, delivering each story through dynamic performances and memorable melodies.

The band’s debut album was recorded during 2025–2026 under the guidance of acclaimed music engineer Rob Cowart. The project showcases a collection of songs that combine soaring guitars, compelling vocals, and immersive production to create a distinctive sound that is uniquely 4 Conditions.

The band’s breakthrough single, Ticket to Hide, earned the 2026 Gold Award in the Rock/Alternative category at the International Music Lit Awards and was also recognized as a Top 5 Finalist in the Song of the Year competition. The song’s cinematic reimagining of the Romeo and Juliet story introduced listeners to the band’s creative approach and storytelling depth.
